Shipping Policy
At Élan Swim, we are committed to delivering your swimwear quickly and safely so you can enjoy your pieces as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives. Processing times may occasionally be longer during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Élan Swim currently ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Standard shipping typically takes about 3–7 business days after the order has been processed, while expedited shipping usually takes about 2–3 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you choose.
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation. While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, shipping carrier issues, or high shipping volume, which are outside of our control.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct at checkout. Élan Swim is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
